Conference meals listed on the conference agenda are included in the registration fee. For guests (family/friends of registered attendees) wanting to attend specific conference events, à la carte meal selections can be purchased separately. Registration fees paid in advance are refundable after the conference (less processing charge of $75 for conference registration and $30 for each conference pre-con and post-con) if written notice of cancellation is received on or before 10/1/2026. No request for refunds will be accepted after this date. NAEOP will honor refund requests for canceled or not refunded grants.
